Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Free standard shipping on all orders over Rs 999.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@vibevastr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

Vibevastr is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vibevastr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier directly, and also let us know so we can help however we can.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at sales@vibevastr.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately at sales@vibevastr.com to request a cancellation.
